Motion made to dispense minutes from previous meeting. Made by Dave Farden, Seconded by Anne Farden Motion passed.
Treasury Report: Balance 14,221.08 Outstanding checks for Anne & Dave Farden and Holly Harz for postage & paper. 2017 Year End Awards have not been figured into report yet.

"For anyone that wishes to continue to sponsor a class or anyone that would like to become a new sponsor for a class, sponsorship forms are available on the website and will be available and accepted at the banquet in January. It is only $45 to sponsor a class for the whole year. These sponsorships allow our organization to continue to provide the prizes awarded every year. Class sponsorship selection is available on a first come, first serve basis for any class not previously sponsored by another member, where that sponsor would have first option to sponsor the same class as previously."

Insert between 1st and 2nd sentence. "Horses may be shown with halter chain over or under the horse's nose or run through the halter ring under the
chin and back to the halter."

Dave will contact Rainbow Banquet hall to check on prices and menu to see if any changes. Once those are finalized he will contact Donna Sorrell to revise reservation form and Nick Gokey will send forms out.
FTR was asked if Double Sun show could be double pointed in 2018 with show date being June 9th 2018. After much discussion on the pro and cons of this decision was made that FTR would point a one judge show for Double Sun on that day but not a double judge. Craig will inform them of the club’s decision.
Motion was made to invite Ross & Gina Sutton to the FTR banquet. Dave will let them know.
